Easy returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery from My Account → Orders. Items must be unused, unwashed and with original tags.

Non-returnable

Customised or altered garments and items on final sale cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes quality check — to the original payment method, or to your bank account for COD orders.
